Bison Wrestling Club has members whom are 4 to 14 years of age.

 

If your child will be competing in tournaments this season, please bring a check in the amount of $150.00 dated April 1, 2010 to be used as a deposit for your uniform. This check will not be cashed! This is a deposit ONLY.

 

Tournaments are usually once a week on Sundays, but can be on Saturdays depending on Holidays and other scheduled events.

 

At each tournament, your child will compete against wrestlers of the same weight, experience level, and age.  The entry fee for each tournament will be $15.00 paid in advance.  Admission fees for non-competing parents and family may vary, but will be approximately:

 

     $4.00 - Adults

     $2.00 - Children

     FREE - Under 4yrs

 

Tournaments start early and can run most of the day, so be prepared to bring money, cameras, food, & other items.  Clubs that host tournaments depend on concessions / food sales, just as we do when we host a tournament, so please help support the clubs by buying drinks & food at the tournaments.

 

Weigh-Ins are between 6:30am - 8:00am (don't be late for the weigh-in or you will NOT compete)

 

Matches begin at 9:00am and continue through the early afternoon.

 

Competitors are divided in to Divisions by age:

 

     Tot (6-Under)

     Bantam (7-8)

     Midget / Intermediate (9-10)

     Novice (11-12)

     Senior (13-14)

 

Don't forget to wear clothes that match our team colors and be ready to cheer our wrestlers on.

 

Bison team T-shirts can be purchased during one of our practices.
