Please print & complete the IKWF Competitor Card Application Form along with the Bison Registration Form and the USAW Medical Form. The IKWF fee will be paid by the club when we send the forms into the IKWF along with a birth certificate.
This fee is paid out of the $ 150.00 registration fee that you pay to the club. A seperate $ 150.00 check will also
need to be collected as a deposit for the uniform & gear - this check will be returned to you when you return the uniform
& gear at the end of the season.
Note: If your wrestler didn't compete last season, make sure to bring a copy of his or her birth
certificate.
